FREE Weekly & Monthly CLASSES - OPEN to the Public
Meditation Gathering: Every 2nd & 3rd MONDAY nights 6:30PM – 7:30PM. Join us in meditation, light chant and sharing for the evoking of inner and world peace. Belly Breathing, Silva Method and Guided Meditation include. Space Limited to 15 people each session. RSVP REQUESTED FOR ATTENDANCE.
Tai Chi Practice -Every 1st Thursday, 6:30-7:30pm Chinese exercises for strengthening, flexibility, and healing the physical body; and calming, clearing and focusing the mind. Open to beginning and intermediate students. Each class offers instruction and practice in the T’ai Chi Five Elements Form; as well as the Yang Form. Previous students are especially invited to come as we help each other learn and re-learn Tai Chi! RSVP REQUESTED FOR ATTENDANCE.
Classes are led by veteran students of Dr. Martin, Glenda Hodges-Cook and Michele Conliffe, with instruction and participation from Dr. Martin when possible. Wear comfortable clothes!
