Chinese exercises for strengthening, flexibility, and healing the physical body; and calming, clearing and focusing the mind. Open to beginning and intermediate students. Each class offers instruction and practice in the T’ai Chi Five Elements Form; as well as the Yang Form. Previous students are especially invited to come as we help each other learn and re-learn Tai Chi!

Classes are led by veteran students of Dr. Martin, Glenda Hodges-Cook and Michele Conliffe, with instruction and participation from Dr. Martin when possible. Wear comfortable clothes!
